Carved by Ray Tsalate - we received this lovely abstract duo in May of 2024 and are happy to have it to offer up for adoption. The eagle's wings are carved as one form from a separate horn - in the act of unfurling. Ray wrapped a few parrot feathers at the top of the raised horn - saying the feathers would catch prayers and lift them up to the Creator. There are semi precious stones in the offering bundle - surrounding the eaglet - namely six Sleeping Beauty Mine turquoise beads separated by eight garnet beads - in turn surrounded by Tulcum heishe. The eagle is the prey God of the celestial heavens - he represents conscious enlightenment and clarity. Eagle medicine helps man to gain perspective of self - namely in panoramic vision.
