A black, gray, muted cream and yellow ocher veined Egyptian marble bear with turquoise inlaid eyes carved by Bremette Epaloose - who sadly died in 2015. The legs and feet are carved individually with a cool tail bringing up the rear - it has a grayish white vein running down the center. The Zuni tribe view the bear as a powerful symbol of healing, protection, strength, and introspection.
