Burt Awelagte
Nevada Sandstone aka; Wonderstone Buffalo by Burt Awelagte
A striking plump peach, maroon, red and golden sienna veined Nevada sandstone buffalo - also called wonderstone - with turquoise inlaid eyes and shell inlaid horns. Burt Awelagte carved the buffalo so that the veins in the stone run vertically down both sides of the back. There are striking maroon veins on the buffalo's forehead and face that radiate in circles. The symbolism of the buffalo is to help mankind overcome all obstacles, build emotional courage and physical strength and to bring abundance and initiate prayerfulness. Buffalo is a provider to all - with positive energy at the forefront - we can overcome all obstacles.
