Cody Nastacio
Cody Nastacio is a self taught artist in his early thirties whose work has evolved over the last 12 years. Cody first started out carving dogs, using cedar but now has made major headway in carving the wolf & howling wolf, the bear, mountain lion, saber tooth tigers. He now uses stones for his creatures; most notably white & Picasso marble, honey calcite, snowflake obsidian, jasperite & cuprite/Sonoran sunrise. His inlay work has developed as well - he creates stripes, horns, snouts, ears, spots and feet; creating visual resting spots for the viewer. Cody's work is highly prized - making it hard to keep his work in stock!
