A tan, grayish cream and brown colored Picasso marble saber tooth tiger with turquoise inlaid eyes and protruding front canines - carved by Lance Cheama. Lance has carved the feet in the round making the legs somewhat low-to-the-ground. The fur is incised all over the tiger's body and a pert short tail brings up the rear. To the Native Americans, the saber toothed tiger is historically seen as a symbol of muscularity and brutality. Saber tooth tiger skeletal remains have been found in California, Southern Washington, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Arizona, Texas and even New Mexico!
