The bird was carved from an antler burr - that is how the eagle's feet were created. The eagle's wings are raised and leaning to the right side. The pièce de résistanceis the elaborate offering bundle worn around the neck - created with six aquamarine, two pink quartz, three pearl and two amethyst beads. All these stones have good energy emanating from within. The eagle is one of the six animals venerated by the Zuni. The eagle is the prey God of the celestial heavens - he represents conscious enlightenment and clarity.
