A tan, cream, brown and yellow umber veined onyx resting doe with turquoise inlaid eyes and jet inlaid nose and hooves carved by the now deceased Colin D. Weeka - who sadly died around March of 2022. The doe has his characteristic lines incised all over the body - even on the expressive face. Colin will be missed. To the Zuni, the deer represents our ancestors so it is always a joyous day to see one and it's also a very significant occurrence.
