Turquoise* Turtles by Ron Laahty

An outstanding turquoise sea turtle carving with two sea turtle hatchlings 'swimming' off of the back of the larger mother turtle. Ron Laahty carved this lovely trio & has incised the scutes on the shells and inlaid the eyes with mother-of-pearl & penn shell. Turtle medicine is to go with the flow, due to the turtle's proclivity to go with the current & the turtle symbolically represents mother earth.
