Picasso Marble Birds, Eagle Double by Colin D. Weeka

$ 160.00

A cream, brown, tan and gray veined eagle double carved by Colin D Weeka perched on a rocky precipice looking in the same direction with turquoise inlaid eyes. Colin has utilized his comb like incised lines all over the eagles' bodies. These birds, the symbol of the United States, mate for life unless one of the two dies. Their spectacular courtship rituals are a sight to see, with the birds locking talons, then flipping, spinning, and twirling through the air in a maneuver called a cartwheel display.
